If you're not COMPLETELY SATISFIED with your detector purchase 
Kellyco WILL take it back!

We make it as easy as A-B-C.

A - Within 14 days after receiving your detector, you decide FOR ANY REASON you wish to return it, simply call, fax, or e-mail us with your invoice or order number and request a Return Authorization Number.

B - Replace Detector and any free items that were included in the original carton.  Any items you may wish to keep will be deducted from your refund.  Please insure detector and return directly to us.

C - When detector is received you have the following 2 choices:

1.  You can be credited with 80% of your original detector sale price towards the purchase of   another detector at our everyday low sale prices!
2.  You can choose to receive a refund of 70% of your original detector sale price.  Credit card orders will have the refund amount credited to that card.  Orders paid with bank check, money orders, etc. will receive a company check.

*Note - On ALL returns, we have to deduct shipping costs that were incurred even when invoiced as free shipping.  These costs will be deducted from your settlement.

Returned detectors are considered used and sold at a reduced price on the Pre-Owned-Demo-Used section of our website or in our showroom. This offer applies to NEW, DEMO, and USED detectors.

 *Excludes these non-refundable products: professional, GPR, security or commercial machines, special order detectors, J.W. Fisher professional products, Fisher Research Labs underwater detectors, OKM, Nokta and specialty metal detectors.

RETURNED METAL DETECTORS MUST BE CLEAN AND IN PROPER OPERATING CONDITION, NOT ALTERED OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.

*Defective Returns: If you have a defective item feel free to return it to us within seven days of receiving it - simply call us for a return authorization number and ship it back to us for an exchange. *Excludes Fisher Research Labs underwater Detectors
