Nathan has been my trusted advisorFrank, I just wanted to drop a note to you commending Nathan for a fine job that reflects honor on him and Kellyco. He has been my trusted advisor since I purchased my first serious detector - a White's MXT - in December of 2007. Since then, he has taken numerous orders directly from my emails and phone calls with the professional courtesy one would expect from a world-class company. When I realized I had an issue with a particular coil, Nathan not only replaced the product once, but sought approval for a an upgrade to a more recent product at no additional charge. This, I can tell you, made me a customer for life with Kellyco. I hope the exemplary values that Nathan exhibits are also Kellyco's core values and continues long after Nathan has moved on (assuming he's not the president of Kellyco some day.)
