I'm Really Impressed!Kellyco, I must say I'm really impressed with your service! I really wasn't expecting you to act so quickly or at all for that matter with the note I sent in on my Gator Digger problem. It really suprised me in one week you sent me a new one without any red tape. No questioning me, no request for me to prove to you it had a problem, just my word on a simple note and you acted on it! Things like that are hard to find any longer in a company! I will be telling people I know about how you handled this. It gives me a good all around feeling that there are still people like you in the U.S.A. Thank you very much!

Kellyco Customer Service Is The Best!Dear Mr. Stu, I would like to introduce myself. I am a U.S. government civilian employee presently stationed overseas. Due to some boredom that I tend to suffer with on the weekends (being away from family). I decided to take up metal detecting as a new hobby. I searched the internet and found your company with all the varieties of metal detectors a person could conceivably want to use either as a beginner, weekender, or professional. Additionally, your prices and free accessories as advertized are great. First and foremost, I would like to praise your staff with the above mentioned names (Margaret, Wanda, Roger) in sales that were extremely instrumental in one, helping me to choose the right detector for me and two, giving all the advice I can use in metal detecting to feel absolutely comfortable in my new venture. I purchased a new Garrett GTI 2500 from Wanda and got vast amounts of advice and knowledge in detecting from her and Roger. I will be purchasing another (two) detectors soon from Wanda and Roger. In conclusion, I would like to praise and thank Margaret in your international shipping department for her first efficient, most effective work and knowledge in shipping your products overseas. Being overseas presents unique problems in shipping and particularly to a (APO) address. Margaret walked me through my concerns about shipping and I have received my metal detector in record time. Please thank the above mentioned folks directly, and all the Kellyco team in making my beginners quest in Metal Detecting so great and thanks for the great customer service.

Order Was Short ItemsOrder was short some items-shipped 3 days later. Contents of the box should have been checked before sealed. Carry case for detector of low quality-zipper doesn't work well.
