They Were Both GoodI have almost nothing to comment on as far as how your service can be be improved. I dealth with Tony 1st then JW took my 1st order. They were both good. The only thing I would like to see in the future purchases is the cost on the invoice. (The postage included) just so that I can double check.

Thanks For Your AssistanceI'm sending you my metal detector to sell for me on your consignment program. Am definitely going to apply the sale toward another detector from Kellyco, so hopefully it will be a fairly quick sale and I'll have a new machine well before fall. Already have two Garretts, both from Kellyco with one being a 10+ year old Master Hunter still in perfect working order, and want to add a third to my inventory. Why two backups? Dunno except maybe the comfort of having quality gear ready at hand. Honestly I like your company so much I order items every so often to keep my enthusiasm going and to continue to receive your catalog. With the exception of my first machine (a gift) all my detectors have come from Kellyco, and have ordered several over the years - all of them Garretts with the exception of the Minelab. At one point I was ordering a new machine about every two years or so; I would sell the machine locally and use the money for a new machine. On a side note, ordered another relic pouch and web belt from your company last week, and as usual received it this week on the day promised. As funny as it sounds, I really get a kick out of coming home from work and seeing a Kellyco package waiting for me on the doorstep. As before, thanks for all your patience and assistance with this process. Please feel free to pass on my gratitude and appreciation to the management of your company, with my recommendation they recognize you for your approach toward good customer service. I've never had a bad experience with Kellyco and is why I keep coming back - good people selling quality gear at affordable prices. Kellyco Customer Service Is The Best! Dear Mr. Stu, I would like to introduce myself. I am a U.S. government civilian employee presently stationed overseas. Due to some boredom that I tend to suffer with on the weekends (being away from family). I decided to take up metal detecting as a new hobby. I searched the internet and found your company with all the varieties of metal detectors a person could conceivably want to use either as a beginner, weekender, or professional. Additionally, your prices and free accessories as advertized are great. First and foremost, I would like to praise your staff with the above mentioned names (Margaret, Wanda, Roger) in sales that were extremely instrumental in one, helping me to choose the right detector for me and two, giving all the advice I can use in metal detecting to feel absolutely comfortable in my new venture. I purchased a new Garrett GTI 2500 from Wanda and got vast amounts of advice and knowledge in detecting from her and Roger. I will be purchasing another (two) detectors soon from Wanda and Roger. In conclusion, I would like to praise and thank Margaret in your international shipping department for her first efficient, most effective work and knowledge in shipping your products overseas. Being overseas presents unique problems in shipping and particularly to a (APO) address. Margaret walked me through my concerns about shipping and I have received my metal detector in record time. Please thank the above mentioned folks directly, and all the Kellyco team in making my beginners quest in Metal Detecting so great and thanks for the great customer service.
