Our Customer Comments come from a number of different verified sources such as emails*, faxes*, and the customer satisfaction form included with each order shipped. It asks customers to rate us in 4 categories:

Yes! ![]() Kellyco needs to provide a better level of service. On a previous order, I had a shipping error and I was very uneasy about the transaction over the phone while using some gift cards. I was not told in the beginning that there was a backorder when I spoke with Pat. She sent me a sales order but didn't give me a backorder lead time. The last time I called Pat she told me I would receive an email with the tracking info. It was not provided until I emailed a reminder to her. Then she simply linked my tracking # info in a response. I am not looking for any compensation just genuine concern and respect. Please let me know if you are able to provide a better level of service and more feedback. Response Our sincere apologies. This is not the way Kellyco customer service operates. Your survey response was a wake-up call for us. We take every complaint seriously and have put new procedures in place to prevent this lack of correct response to problems such as you described.
