The Garrett Pro-Pointer features static detection to speed target recovery with audible AND vibrating alarms to pinpoint coins, relics, treasure, gold and jewelry. The Alarm increases in intensity based on the target’s proximity and is said to get nearly twice the depth over similarly priced pinpointers.
The Microprocessor circuitry insures maximum sensitivity, so no tuning is necessary as it automatically adjusts. Only one 9 Volt battery is required to operate the Pro-Pointer, it is water resistant (can be washed in running water or used in the rain), and has both a pinpointing tip and Side-Scan capability, as well as an LED light to assist in low lighting conditions.
Because of its size, the Garrett Pro-Pointer will be great for searching walls and tight spaces. The static mode makes it an excellent utility locator to find pipes in walls, or nails in the drywall to locate studs.
