14k Gold Ring Metal Detecting Find

Today I needed a little hunt to clear out my mind of the clutter that accumulated during work last night. (I work graves). So on the way home, I stopped at a park and whipped out my trusty Minelab Equinox 800 and decided that I would focus on low tones. Like 5-10 on the VDI. I wasn’t going to ignore the higher tones. After all, who doesn’t like a little clad.
After quite a bit of foil and small bits of canslaw, my strategy paid off. A nice little 14K ring!
Not bad for hunt #2 of the year! Already up one ring and it’s gold to boot!
