I have been treasure hunting ever since I got out of the Army in 1973. I went to the beach on the west coast of Fl and found a ¾ diamond ring. It’s not the first diamond ring that I have found, but it is nice to see it in the scoop. After watching the tides for the area I like to hunt, I saw a -.7 low tide. Then I booked a hotel room for 3 days. I found the ring on the 2nd day of hunting. It was at the water’s edge at low tide, probably lost at high tide. I hunt the salt water with a Garrett Sea Hunter Mark II PI detector and on land I use a Garrett AT Max. This is the best Hobby. Happy Hunting.
