I was able to take my new Manticore out to a local lake park and found that the water was about 15 feet lower than usual. I headed directly to the waters edge and hunted for about six hours. Having to learn the new sounds and numbers has been slow for me but, I guess it's paying off. I found six rings yesterday. Three of which are 14K and one has a diamond. I doubt I'll have another hunt like this for a while but, the Manticore is making old hunting spots fun again.
