<p><strong>I have a shortlist of items I would like to find with my metal detector.</strong> One of these items I never expected to fulfil in a thousand years.</p> <p>Yesterday I had an hour to spare so I went hunting in a local park. Imagine my surprise when I dug this gold pocket watch!</p> <p>The signal on my CTX 3030 came in loud and clear at 1246 so I was expecting silver. The beautiful gold aura that appeared took me totally by surprise.</p> <p>I am English by birth but 46 years a Canadian, and I remember when I was around 7 years old, my Grandfather showing me his gold pocket watch which had an identical engraved pattern to this one, so this brought back very pleasant memories. The CTX 3030 is truly an awesome detector.</p>
