Previously I put up the story of the mystery coin to see if someone could help me identify it. Now I have another mystery "find". I believe it is a meteorite. I found it in the all metal mode on my Bounty Hunter Pioneer 505. The location was the Panamint Valley near Death Valley California. It is very heavy for its size, and a magnet sticks to it big time. It does not register in the Disc mode. How can I verify what it is. Anybody have a guess? I would sure like to hear from you on the coin and the rock.djordan@fire2wire.com
