I Found My Deepest Silver Half Ever with My V3i

On September 25th this year I dug my deepest ever silver half dollar at one of my favorite haunts which has been hunted by numerous detectorist's for many years. My Lesche tool was all the way down in the hole plus a couple inches before I broke loose the clod of dirt which had the 1941 half in it. I couldn't believe it cause it was actually coated with clay, it had settled about as deep as it could go cause throughout the entire ballpark you hit clay anywhere from 12-15". The original reading that I got from my V3i read half dollar and when I went to pinpoint it I though hmmmm this has to be something good. I just love finding them big silvers!!! The photo that shows my silver coins so far this year actually includes three half dollars, one of them got run over by a train it looks like, the 1947 half I found in the woods a couple weeks ago along with a nice silver GW and just a couple days before that I found the silver thimble in the same woods. White's detectors are the best in my book and I will always buy the best when it comes to metal detectors. I'm never intimidated by another VLF on the market when I'm out hunting, I've dumbfounded people at some of the finds I've made with my V3i since I've owned it right after they came out. About the only time I feel that I am up against competition is when there's another person hunting with the same.
