I just want to thank Kellyco for the 10x12 sef (Butterfly) coil I ordered on March 2, 2010. Yesterday (March 12, 2010) I found my best find ever with it - a 1788 Spanish Silver Reale! The coin is 222 years old and was minted when Ohio (my home state) was wild frontier populated by settlers, soldiers and Native Americans. Shoot, Ohio didn't even become a state until 1803! Someone dropped that silver reale in the 1700's...and I found it yesterday with my metal detector (an E-trac that I also bought from Kellyco).

This Spanish silver reale was found in a park many consider "hunted out." Isn't that something? No park is ever truly hunted out. What a find! I can't believe I found Spanish Silver in Ohio. I'm still in shock. I keep looking at it to make sure it's real and not a dream. It certainly is a dream find!
