Onyx Ring Metal Detector Find

Out on a quick hunt in a conservation area in my town of Amherst MA. I got a nice solid high tone on my Delta 4000. I dug down about 2-3 inches and popped out this nice silver and black onyx ring. This is the third silver I got out of this honey hole. I found another ring and a silver necklace in the same area in the past.
On this day I also found about $ 7.00. I n quarters. Not to bad for 90 min.
