The 6" Excelerator Coil is Hot!
Published by Kelly W. on 02/21/16
When I first got the 6" Excelerator coil, I tried it in my backyard and wasn't too impressed, but this wasn't a fair way to try out a new coil. So, I took it to eight different pounded out sites within 20 minutes of my house. I could not believe that all of this was left behind by me and everyone else using all different brand names of metal detectors. The 6" Excelerator coil is hot, hot, hot! Every site that I go to now with this coil I know that I will find something - coins or some objects - left behind by some others.
It seems to draw my attention on the MXT VID numbers and causes me to dig numbers that I used to pass over before with my other coils because of the sound reproduced by the Excelerator coil is so clear that I can tell if it is junk or not. I can tell when I am running over aluminum by the crackle, pops and the broken sounds. The other coils are not this clear and I used two different sets of headphones. I am pleased with the depth, the accuracy of pinpointing and the clarity of the sound.

Like I said on the MXT forum, if someone asked if I would by another one, I would buy two. I sent pictures of my first weeks finds and especially the pictures of the Mercury silver dime. I am still out finding stuff that I can't believe I have gone over before or others have missed. Feel free to use these pictures if you want. I found all of these coins and objects after hunting these sites for a few hours at each site. I just though you might want to see them, in case you didn't see them on the MXT forum.
Thanks, Ohio Fred
