The Little Oak Tree

The Safari does it again!

While searching a trash strewn hillside where the old cart path had been bulldozed over for a new road, I got a weak little high tone, out of the plug comes a tiny coin. I blow some dirt off the surface and see a familiar date, 1652.

Turns out to be a Noe-28 threepence, not the rarest variety, but possibly one of the finest condition seen, environmental aside. Note what looks to be an inverted 'M', this area is weak on all other Noe-28s I've seen. I pick the Safari when I'm not sure what conditions I'll encounter because it works well everywhere.

Thanks for looking and HH all!
