We spent Christmas at my daughter's in Colchester. I took my detector hoping to do a bit of beach detecting. A friend of her's asked if I would try to find an old Victorian water pipe which used to feed an old greenhouse which had been buried for over 100 years. After 30 minutes here is the result - 24 inches below the surface. One happy lady.
